Spike Wilner Trio featuring Simon Moullier
Pianist Spike Wilner is a pillar of the New York jazz community, celebrated for his mastery of stride, bebop, and post-bop styles. As the longtime owner of the legendary Greenwich Village jazz clubs Smalls and Mezzrow, Wilner has played a key role in supporting and presenting generations of jazz musicians. His playing honors the rich traditions of jazz while bringing a fresh, inventive edge.
In this ensemble, Wilner is joined by internationally acclaimed vibraphonist Simon Moullier, known for his lyrical touch and rhythmic precision. Together, they create a vibrant and deeply expressive musical dialogue that blends timeless jazz with a forward-looking approach.
